Cole Slaw

1 medium cabbage
1 stalk celery
1 small onion
1 carrot, peeled
1 tsp. sugar
3 T. apple cider vinegar
celery seed
1/8 tsp. salt
pepper
mayonnaise to taste

Directions:

  1. Shred the vegetables in a food processor.
  2. Place the vegetables in a large bowl and add the seasonings, except the mayonnaise.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Mix in the mayonnaise just before serving.
